there's nothing wrong with fear - esp a rational one. just for sanity check: does it stop you from going to tall places (buildings, rock climbing, etcetcetc)?
notice how I said 'unconscious'? it was for a reason...i have no problems with heights usually in real life. rollercoasters, rockclimbing...etc, etc. it's the nightmares that bother me...
